lyttlquokka.com offers luxury kids wear. You can browse through our exclusively curated collections for your specific needs. Custom made to order and personalised items can also be availed.
Each lyttlquokka product is labelled with the following availability:
- Pre-Order
- Back Order
- Made to Order
- Personalised Items
Pre-Order | These are products from our most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. You may place a pre-order to receive this product as soon as it becomes available on lyttlquokka.com. |
Back Order | Back orders are out of stock products that are not available for immediate purchase, but you may place it as pre-order to receive the product as soon as it becomes available. |
Made to Order | These custom-made items are exclusively prepared for you once your order request has been placed. A Client Advisor will contact you to confirm your information and process your payment. |
Personalised Items | These custom-made items are exclusively created for you once your order request has been placed. Payment for your order is taken immediately and your item will be delivered once it is created.

lyttlquokka does not have any sales. If you see lyttlquokka items not from an official lyttlquokka retailer, being sold on sale or discount, then chances are the items are counterfeit.
If an item or size you have selected is not available for purchase on lyttlquokka.com, you can contact our customer support via mail or call.
The Quokka Company products are crafted with the highest quality materials design and workmanship. All The Quokka Company products are made in India.
2. Orders & Payment
The Quokka Company accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- PayPal
- Amazon Pay
Currently, we do not offer any monthly payment plan, but in the future, we are implementing it make it easy for our customers.
Currently, we only accept one form of payment per order.
You will be charged for your purchase only after card verification & authorization, until the card authorization we hold your order. We will prepare your order for shipping after receiving the full payment. Your order will be prepared for shipment in 2 to 4 business days.
Orders for items available cannot be cancelled immediately but you can connect with our customer care for any changes or modifications in your order.
Currently we do not accept orders for COD.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Once your item(s) are shipped you will receive an confirmation email along with a tracking id or link. The ID and link can be used to log in and check the status of your shipment. You will also receive an email once your order is delivered.

For security purposes, we request your signature upon delivery of your order.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Return may be made by mail or contacting our customer support. You may return the product by selecting return this item from My Quokka Account under order details. Once we receive a return order our delivery partner comes and picks up the product. After pickup you will receive return and refund order details. For prepaid orders, money will be refunded within 3 to 5 working days.
Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
No. Once an order for Made to Order items has successfully been placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified or returned for a refund.
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for online purchases. To request an exchange, please contact our support team (..) Returned merchandise must adhere to the conditions and guidelines under the Online Return Policy in order to be accepted for an exchange.
